The Theatre Royal Plymouth is a hugely respected theatre with award-winning West End production values. Critically and commercially acclaimed, the theatre delivers both mainstream productions like Matilda, War Horse and Miss Saigon and more experimental shows from new writers. Since 2012 RH has been tasked with providing creative services and media planning and buying for all their shows.
Our solution
For this client, we set aside a dedicated account team to work closely with the Theatre Royal staff helping them to plan strategically for each theatrical season.
The media planning brief extends across the full range of channels including TV, radio, all out of home formats, as well as digital and social media channels; ensuring our integrated marketing and promotion is tailored to each shows’ target audience. Full reporting is provided giving invaluable insights into the success of each shows’ campaign. For digital and social campaigns, in particular, we are able to provide an in-depth measurement that shows high levels of engagement and conversion of online interactions to ticket sales.
