The brief
The care sector can be challenging but hugely rewarding. However, despite the rewards, organisations struggle with recruitment and retention, particularly during the winter season. Proud to Care Devon, representing all the health organisations in the county, tasked RH to develop a recruitment campaign that would bring new people into the sector.
Our solution
Whether it’s friends, family, loved ones, or passions like gardening or football, we all care about something. This insight led us to develop a campaign that takes real people who need care and tells their story through the story of the things they care about. In doing so, we learn to identify with and relate to these people who now need care themselves. These people, who could easily be dismissed as clients, patients and statistics are, first and foremost people who deserve our time, respect and maybe our help.
